I would like to thank all the team at Kingsgate. This was my best experience with a Recruitment Company in the UK. There are some details we never notice, which make the way from the first interview until the “Big Decision” from the potential employer easy and smooth.
Before the first interview Kingsgate gave me helpful advice about the company I had applied for.
The atmosphere in the Recruitment Company is very friendly and warm without too much formalism.
For me, and I think for majority of candidates, when you attend an interview everything is important: the way people look at you, the way they speak to you and it is always stressful, because you never know what recruiters want from you, what is best to say, to do, how to behave. That is why the cosy office, music and “tea-coffee” made it really comfortable and helpful.Before each interview Kingsgate called to wish me good luck, it is such a little thing, but personally, I felt that I was not alone and somebody cared about me.
After my interviews Kingsgate did not keep me in suspense for a long time, I had honest feedback about my first interview and some tips for the second one. That was really personal and I did not feel like they called me just to “tick the box”.
After my two successful interviews they sent me e-mails and texts with warm words of support and congratulations.
I would like to thank all the team of Kingsgate for being so supportive, helpful, for all of their consideration and belief in my candidature. You made the job search process smooth and less stressful.

I appreciated the consultant (James) matching me with a job that he thought I’d like to be put forward for – the regular phone calls and checking that emails have been received is very reassuring.

Kingsgate have just matched me up with my perfect job.
