<p><strong>Hourly rate of pay is £9.00 p/h<br />
Location: Kingston Upon Thames<br />

<p><strong>Requirements / Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:</strong></p>
<p>•	Excellent clear written and spoken skills<br />
•	Fluency in written and spoken DUTCH<br />
•	Receive &#038; reply immediately to emails in FLUENT DUTCH<br />
•	Answer inbound and make outbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and contact centre management.<br />
•	Consistently achieve call quality score goals to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.<br />
•	Other duties as assigned.<br />
•	Escalate questions and issues to Customer Service Supervisor as required.<br />
•	Adherence to current Company policies and guidelines.<br />
•	Effectively managing and resolving of all customer queries / correspondence / complaints by phone and email.<br />
•	Confidence when speaking with customers over the phone<br />
•	Managing and updating internal customer databases and sensitive information<br />
•	Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)<br />
•	To provide a high level of customer service to clients at all times.<br />
•	To ensure all support calls and emails are answered and resolved and logged appropriately.<br />
•	To ensure clients complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the complaints escalation policy.<br />
•	To work effectively as part of a team developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues.<br />
•	Monitoring outgoing emails and incoming calls.<br />
•	Working to agreed service levels and targets whilst ensuring service to customers is second to none<br />
•	Ensuring all issues and complaints are resolved during first contact if possible</p>

<p><strong>Role Summary</strong></p>
<p>The Sales &#038; Marketing Manager’s primary aim is to drive team and individual performance to ensure contractual targets are met and exceeded across all areas of provision. </p>
<p>You will be responsible for formulating and implementing tactical sales and marketing plans to fulfil the organisation’s strategic objectives and exceed substantial contractual targets.</p>
<p><strong>The individual</strong></p>
<p>Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role requires a sales and marketing professional who is dynamic, target orientated and has the ability to lead and motivate others. </p>
<p>You will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a senior/management role with a proven track record of leading a team to meet and exceed targets.  You will possess excellent communication skills and be experienced in networking and generating additional business.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities</strong></p>
<p>•	Work as a member of the Senior Management Team to identify and meet the organisation’s strategic objectives and KPIs;<br />
•	Lead the Business Development Team to exceed contractual targets (Skills Funding Agency) and investigate new business opportunities whilst upholding the ethos of the organisation;<br />
•	Monitor BDT members’ performance in line with KPIs and employer service standards carrying out capability meetings to address any under performance;<br />
•	Formulate and implement strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans in line with the organisation’s strategic objectives ;<br />
•	Plan, implement and drive marketing campaigns in response to specific contractual demands;<br />
•	Maximise additional revenue from government funded activity and provision and suggest viable target clients and sectors sourcing relevant data as necessary;<br />
•	Ensure Sage Act CRM and additional recording systems are maintained, accurate and up to date.</p>

<p>Your role will be predominantly field-based where you will be responsible for training, assessing and supporting a caseload employed learners through government funded Apprenticeships.</p>
<p><strong>Locations: Berkshire &#038; Surrey</strong> </p>
<p><strong>You do not need to have an Assessor qualification BUT you will have at least an NVQ Level 3 (or EQV) in childcare.</strong></p>
<p>Successful candidates have worked at management level in Childcare – Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager as minimum.  Experienced Assessors are welcome to apply, however you must have practical experience within a Nursery and preferably be from the private sector.</p>
<p><strong>Salary: £25k + bonus and company car<br />
Monday – Friday only – no weekends!</strong></p>

<p>The Sales Executive will play a major part in the success of the Company and their future plans.  You will be hungry for success, driven by demands for high levels of service, before, during and after sales are made.</p>
<p>You will be working in a very demanding and competitive market.  Long term relations are therefore essential and these can be built through patience, perseverance and constructive customer interaction.</p>
<p>Sales cycles however are very short and with the right approach &#8216;quick wins&#8217; can be achieved.</p>
<p><strong>Description</strong></p>
<p>Secure profitable business with existing and new customers in the London area<br />
Promote Company products and demonstrate the advantages and benefits of trading with the Company<br />
Handle customer queries through to satisfactory completion<br />
Be an ambassador for the company at all times<br />
An average 80% of the week will be customer facing (including travel)<br />
Average of 40 hours per working week but due to the nature of the market a high degree of flexibility is required</p>

Prospect for additional business with existing customers<br />
Identify, profile and present products/services to new customers within the agreed territory<br />
