<p>The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the management and daily operational requirement of the facilities function for the business. </p>
<p>In addition the post holder is the designated Health &#038; Safety Advisor and is responsible for the management and implementation of Health and Safety at these locations. </p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities &#038; Accountabilities include:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Facilities</strong><br />
•	Monitor suppliers performance in accordance with agreed targets, compile reports and make recommendations for improvements / cost savings where appropriate<br />
•	Manage centralised Facilities stationery, ensuring the budget allocated is controlled and an adequate and appropriate level of supply is maintained.<br />
•	Ensuring statutory compliance and being the primary contact in respect of all estates maintenance and development matters, liaising with employees eliciting their co-operation or informing them of developments.<br />
•	Responsible for facility maintenance both interior and exterior, to include monitoring and managing the plumbing, air conditioning, electrical, and general construction sub-contracts.<br />
•	Control all types of waste/utilities and energy usage.<br />
•	Responsible for the management of all transactions made via the Company credit card including liaising with accounts in checking all transactions are accounted for.<br />
•	Manage the Reception function and ensure service levels and quality of service are of the required standard.  Deputise for Receptionist during absences, lunch break, holiday, sickness etc.<br />
•	Organise Logistical  support/ travel arrangements for Management Team<br />
•	Any other duty or responsibility in keeping with the general ambit of this role and as reasonably assigned by the Site Director, Head of Operations, MD or other senior manager.</p>
<p><strong>Health and Safety</strong><br />
•	Responsibility for Health &#038; Safety Strategy and Operations developing/implementing internal policy in all locations and meeting statutory requirements<br />
•	Carry out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented</p>

<p><strong>Salary:  £27,000<br />
Salary: to £43,000 OTE p/a  (bonus awarded upon achievement of set KPI’s).<br />

<p>•	Dealing with new &#038; existing clients over the phone and face to face<br />
•	Going through new private car quotes for customers via incoming &#038; outgoing calls and in the office<br />
•	Quoting &#038; processing mid-term adjustments/cancellations<br />
•	Contacting clients prior to renewal in order to check their details for the new quote<br />
•	Calculating renewal quotes and issuing invitations<br />

<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>•	Recruit, train, motivate and coach a sales team on a daily basis to ensure area success.<br />
•	Achieve KPI goals through training, motivating and developing a team<br />
•	100% ownership for delivering results on key activities on a daily, campaignly, quarterly and annual basis to achieve area targets.<br />
•	Manage change successfully in a forever changing culture<br />
•	Prioritise and maximise business growth opportunities within allocated geography.<br />
•	Utilise and successfully control geographical area using tools and data provided.<br />
•	Multi task and contingency planning to meet demands </p>
<p><strong>The successful candidate</strong></p>
<p>•	Will have a sales background, perhaps in Recruitment or a field based role. </p>
<p>•	If you have worked as a manager in a retail capacity you will also be considered.  </p>

<p><strong>Location- Kingston</strong></p>
<p><strong>Salary- £18,000 Temp-Perm</strong></p>
<p><strong>MUST HAVE CRB ADVANCED</strong>  </p>
<p><strong>Main duties-</strong></p>
<p>•Revise, update and maintain filing systems.<br />
•Answer and respond to all initial enquiries from outside agencies or prospective serviceusers.<br />
•Maintain internal admin systems.<br />
•Co-ordinate the taking and passing on of internal and external messages.<br />
•Maintain and update the service diary.<br />
•Maintain and update all service information resources.<br />
•Plan for and purchase all office supplies, and first Aid equipment.<br />
•Provide typing and word processing support for the staff team.<br />
•Assist in the preparation of written reports having due regard for confidentiality.<br />
•To make returns to outside agencies as directed by line management.<br />
•To assist in the development of a database.<br />
•Take and distribute minutes of meetings as required.<br />
•Attend and contribute to staff meetings and all other service meetings when required.<br />
•Attend meetings representing the service, as required.<br />
•Be prepared to undertake appropriate training.</p>
<p><strong>Holidays:   </strong>               </p>
<p>25 days holiday per annum, plus statutory Bank Holidays, or time off in lieu if worked (pro rate</p>
<p>for part time). Annual leave is increased by one day each year up to a maximum of 30 days,</p>
<p>upon completion of one year’s service as at 1st April.</p>
