Overview

One of the UK’s leading training providers are looking for highly organised candidates to provide administrative support to their Account Managers. The Account Administrator will be responsible for managing the Account Manager’s diary and booking in their appointments.

Salary: £18,000 – £24,000

Duties

  • Support applicants and employers to complete the online application process to maximize the efficiency of the sales pipeline
  • Contact new applicants and employers within 24 hours to acknowledge application and set expectations of the upcoming application process
  • Book in provisional initial assessment and induction appointments with applicants and employers in line with company procedure
  • Complete follow up calls and emails to ensure completion of learner and employer online initial assessments
  • Ensure compliance of all applicants against entry criteria
  • Diary management of Account Manager team to ensure timely progression of applications through the sales pipeline
  • Report on progress of sales pipeline
  • Effectively support the Account Manager team to maximize sales and account management
  • Escalate complaints as per company procedure
  • Carry out workplace H&S assessments
  • Ensure all calls are dealt with promptly and professionally or passed onto the correct person in the company
  • Ensure timely administration of all new starts
  • Prepare sales and marketing materials for exhibitions and events as necessary
  • General admin tasks for the office as required

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have previous support role experience. Customer service experience and highly effective communication skills including a good telephone manner are essential.
