Overview

A rapidly-growing company based in Hammersmith are looking for an experienced Account Manager with excellent communication skills to join their team.

Salary: circa £30,000

The Role

  • First point of contact for day-to-day enquiries
  • Understanding the company’s product range, agreeing specifications with designers and putting together proposals
  • Occasionally completing tender documents, layout plans and other one-off customer returns
  • Checking lead times, getting product info, reserving stock and fabrics and registering projects
  • Handing over projects for quoting to another team, then agreeing revisions to quotes with customer
  • Checking customer’s Purchase Orders vs our quotes
  • Chasing deposit and balance payments
  • Creating and managing Customer Care Cases
  • Logging actions on CRM

Key Skills/Experience

  • Very good communication manner and fluent English
  • Customer service minded
  • Passion for interior design / furniture or experience in the area
  • Genuinely helpful, comfortable to deal with
  • Hard working
