Account Manager – Recruitment

A great opportunity has arisen for an highly skilled Recruitment consultant ot join one of the largest companies in the UK.

The Candidate

Have a consultative & strategic approach with high potential key clients
Focus on winning new business whilst always maximising existing business and constantly look at new revenue streams to increase revenues for your brands
You will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts across our portfolio.  Therefore, exceptional key account management skills are essential, as is an outstanding customer service focus. However, just as important is having the tenacity, drive and ability to win new business from some of the UK’s largest employers.

You will need to understand the recruitment market fully including any latest policies, regulations, targets, trends and market intelligence. You will need to have the gravitas to communicate this knowledge and expertise effectively both internally and to senior decision makers within your client base.

As a senior member of the recruitment division that you are seen to lead from the front in respect to your sales effort as well as your organisational and analytical skills.

Your client base will be split between the existing key accounts of the Energy & Environment Portfolio who are the current top spenders, high potential target accounts & advertising agencies representing their clients.

Remuneration and Benefits

 

£30,000 basic 40% commission of basic salary plus salary review.

Package of £42,000
