Overview

We are looking for someone with outstanding organisational skills to join a well-established business in Wimbledon as an Administration Executive.

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000

The Role

  • You will assist in many areas to help ensure that the business runs smoothly, including:
  • Office management
  • Order processing, invoicing etc.
  • Travel and hotel/accommodation booking
  • Arranging customer training
  • Meeting with clients when necessary
  • Some HR duties
  • Health and safety procedures

Required Skills/Experience

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Education to degree level
  • Two years’ administrative experience
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and organisation skills
  • Flexibility, reliability and attention to detail
  • IT literate and be an advanced user of Microsoft Office
