Overview
Our award-winning Executive Search client is looking for a smart, driven and meticulous graduate to provide support to a Senior Consultant, with the view to moving into that position within a year.
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 basic, £40,000 OTE
The Role
- You will be supporting a Consultant with their resourcing needs
- Your role will be to build and maintain relationships with candidates
- You’ll be required to map the marketplace, competition and to understand all the movers and shakers within your market
- Your Job will be to gather information, speak to senior individuals and learn everything there is about your market
- When your company wins a client your role will be to identify and approach the best possible candidates for the work won
- Eventually you’ll be creating your own business meetings, pitching for retainers to work with new clients and changing the very foundations of large organisations for a massive fee

Key Skills/Experience
- Exceptional academic background – ideally a degree from a top university
- Highly money-motivated with the drive to be successful within a target-oriented environment
- Previous experience within a sales/recruitment office would be highly advantageous
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to speak to high-level clients
- Excellent written English
- The ability to work using your own initiative
