A successful business in the finance sector are looking for someone with a strong mix of analytical and creative skills to join as a Digital Marketing Executive.

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000

The Role

  • Sourcing, maintaining and monitoring target lists
  • Developing and running email nurturing campaigns for site visitors, introducers and clients
  • Monitoring and managing the use of CRM and producing reports as required.
  • Developing and monitoring brand values and image
  • Preparing and distributing press releases as and when necessary
  • Developing rich content for the web site, mailers and marketing collateral
  • Be conversant with robotic engagement techniques including chatbots and AI
  • Overseeing the design and production of marketing collateral
  • Monitoring, organising and recommending attendance/participation on promotional events such as trade shows, awards and industry events.
  • Developing content and landing pages in collaboration and consultation with agencies
  • Monitoring and reporting on Google analytics and responding to developing trends
  • Monitoring and managing social media presence including LinkedIn, Twitter and other platforms as appropriate
  • Managing incoming lead flow and recording progress through to conversion
  • Monitoring the development of new tools and techniques and making recommendations on their
    adoption

Key Skills/Experience

  • The post holder will have a thorough grounding in modern digital marketing including SEO, the customer journey and content marketing techniques; gained in a dynamic industry preferably but not necessarily linked to the finance industry
  • They will be self-motivated and able to work regularly without supervision
  • They will have an excellent telephone manner and possess first class communication skills (both writtenand oral) and numeracy skills
  • They will be internet literate and able to use a wide variety of computer tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as connecting with the digital marketing framework using CommuniGator, WordPress and other tools to maximise our digital footprint
  • Because business is often time critical, the ability to work accurately under pressure is essential; as is the organisation and discipline to ensure that transactions are properly managed through first touch to conversion.
  • The candidate should have an awareness of financial disciplines in a semi regulated environment and be able to demonstrate a willingness to work in a continual improvement and learning environment.
