Overview

A successful clinic based in Surbiton are looking for a well-presented candidate with strong communication skills to join as a Front of House Receptionist.

Salary: £19,000

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Clinic Manager with various administrative duties
  • Ensuring that all appointments are booked onto the system
  • Handling all financial administration (invoicing etc.)
  • Maintaining a basic knowledge of different treatments so as to be able to discuss with clients
  • Meeting and greeting all clients on arrival
  • Proof-reading and sending out any correspondence
  • Other ad-hoc admin duties (filing, data entry etc.)

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • A high degree of computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills
