Overview
A successful clinic based in Surbiton are looking for a well-presented candidate with strong communication skills to join as a Front of House Receptionist.
Salary: £19,000
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Clinic Manager with various administrative duties
- Ensuring that all appointments are booked onto the system
- Handling all financial administration (invoicing etc.)
- Maintaining a basic knowledge of different treatments so as to be able to discuss with clients
- Meeting and greeting all clients on arrival
- Proof-reading and sending out any correspondence
- Other ad-hoc admin duties (filing, data entry etc.)
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- A high degree of computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills
