Our client is a leading training provider in South West London offering a great opportunity for graduates to join as a Business Development Advisor. This is an excellent role with great career progression within a well respected organisation.

Overview of role:                                  

  • To identify new clients to be targeted and approached
  • To promote the training solutions on offer to employers and secure sales

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that new potential clients identified assist in meeting targets
  • Ensure that all leads are followed through in the given timescale
  • Promote all training opportunities offered by the company
  • Ensure that new clients are fully aware of all the services that the business can provide
  • To assist in developing business within the commercial sector
  • Carry out presentations to promote all available programmes to potential learners and managers
  • Conduct telesales as required identifying and establishing sales leads
  • Convert as many sales calls as possible to face-to-face presentations to clients
  • Complete all required paperwork as laid down by the company
  • Keep own knowledge up-to-date in relation to any changes including funding streams and availability of grants
  • To attend Networking events to promote the services
  • To undertake any other duties as required

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Agreed number of starts per month are met
  • Make a minimum of 50 new business calls per week
  • Introduce 1 new contact to the business per week
  • Attend 1 networking event per month
