Our award-winning Executive Search client is looking for a smart, driven and meticulous graduate who would excel at working at a very senior end of the market.
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 basic, £80,000 OTE
The Role
- This position will offer you massive exposure to the marketplace at the most senior level
- Your role will be to build and maintain relationships across the board with people earning anywhere from £100k – £500k per year
- You’ll be required to map the marketplace, competition and to understand all the movers and shakers within your market
- Initially you’ll be titled as a “Researcher” which is exactly as it says on the tin
- Your Job will be to gather information, speak to senior individuals and learn everything there is about your market
- When your company wins a retained pitch you’ll role will be to identify and approach the best possible candidates for the work won
- Eventually you’ll be creating your own business meetings, pitching for retainers to work with new clients and changing the very foundations of large organisations for a massive fee

Key Skills/Experience
- Exceptional academic background – ideally a Master’s degree or MBA but, if not, a 2:1 or above from a top university
- Highly money-motivated with the drive to be successful within a target-oriented environment
- Previous experience within a sales/recruitment office would be highly advantageous
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to speak to high-level clients
- Excellent written English
- The ability to work using your own initiative
