Salary: £18,000
Location: Twickenham
Role for the Membership Advisor
- Recruit new members in order to achieve new membership sales
- Communicate with prospective members by telephone, e-mail or face to face as necessary
- Arrange and conduct show rounds of the facilities to prospective new members
- Generate leads and enquiries through various methods of outreach
- Build partnerships with local Corporate companies to drive a high volume of leads into the club
- Develop relationships within the local residential community establishing as the market leader in the area
- Provide correct information to prospective members regarding the Club/Hotel facilities, programming, policies and prices in an efficient and professional manner
- Support the membership team and be fully conversant in the membership database
- Ensure the membership database is up to date at all times including adding new members as necessary
Experience and attributes required for the Sales & Membership Administrator:
- Previous experience within a sales environment essential
- An ambitious, target driven attitude
- A passion for sport, health and fitness
- Attention to detail essential
- A good head for figures essential
- Excellent IT skills essential
- Experience with a membership database and mail merge desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills with team members
- Great organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Must be a good communicator
- Enthusiasm, positivity, good sense of humour, collaborative spirit
