A well-regarded company based in New Malden are looking for someone with a strong organisational and creative skill-set for a varied role as an Office & Marketing Manager.

Salary: £22,000 – £25,000

Duties

  • This is a varied and interesting role which encompasses various marketing and administrative duties, including:
  • Customer relationship management
  • Maintaining and updating the company database
  • Monitoring websites for new opportunities
  • Completing applications for contracts
  • Liaising with marketing agencies
  • Working on e-shots
  • Maintaining the web site and developing social media campaigns
  • The role also includes overall responsibility for general office administration

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Well-organised, efficient and self-motivated
  • Strong IT skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Good knowledge of social media and email marketing
