A well-regarded company based in New Malden are looking for someone with a strong organisational and creative skill-set for a varied role as an Office & Marketing Manager.
Salary: £22,000 – £25,000
Duties
- This is a varied and interesting role which encompasses various marketing and administrative duties, including:
- Customer relationship management
- Maintaining and updating the company database
- Monitoring websites for new opportunities
- Completing applications for contracts
- Liaising with marketing agencies
- Working on e-shots
- Maintaining the web site and developing social media campaigns
- The role also includes overall responsibility for general office administration
Key Requirements
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Well-organised, efficient and self-motivated
- Strong IT skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Good knowledge of social media and email marketing
