Overview
This full-time position will involve providing support to the Director as a Personal Assistant as well as managing the day-today operations of the office.
Salary: circa £35,000
The Role
- Greeting clients and setting up all IT and tea etc. for all main meetings in the boardroom
- Diary and Meetings Management and support
- Office equipment, suppliers and IT Management
- Helping with Marketing initiatives
- Dealing with Office Insurances
- Ensuring staff HR benefits & records are up to date
- Liaising with the Accounts department and Compliance
- Define and maintain office Systems/procedures
- Stationery and Branded materials stock upkeep
- Website updates and liaising with our website designers
- Organise and monitor staff training
- Other ad-hoc tasks
