A high-end property firm based in beautiful offices in Mayfair are looking for someone with a strong mix of organisational and communication skills to join as a PA/Receptionist.
Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 DOE
The Role
- Administration support
- Diary Management
- Travel arrangements including booking hotels, arranging visa’s etc.
- Booking and arranging social events
- Dealing with emails and telephone calls on behalf of the CEO
- Answering the company’s main line for both companies and handling initial telephone enquiries
- Meeting and greeting clients, including offering refreshments
- Managing stationary and office supply levels
- Completing the receipts/Z reading each morning
- Opening and distributing post daily and franking and mailing the post in the evening
- Ad hoc PA/reception tasks as and when required
Key Skills/Experience
- Previous experience in either an EA or Reception position is essential
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Outstanding communications skills
- Well-presented, articulate and able to deal with high-level clients
- Some experience of the financial sector would be an advantage
- Good educational background
