Overview

A top executive finance recruitment firm based in the City are looking for someone with an outstanding academic background to join the team as a Research Analyst.

Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 basic, £37,000 OTE

The Role

  • Working with a Senior Consultant on long-term projects
  • Conducting research into candidate availability, contracts etc.
  • Speaking to high-level executive candidates to learn more about their preferences etc.
  • Speaking to clients to assess their mid- to long-term requirements
  • Accurately inputting all relevant information onto the system
  • Providing administrative support to the Consultant when requried
  • Working to KPIs and targets

Key Skills/Experience

  • Outstanding academic background with strong A Levels and a degree from a good university
  • Strong communication skills and impeccable written English
  • Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Well-spoken with the ability to deal professionally with high-level clients
  • Ambitious and target-oriented
