As the Sales Manager of your group, you will lead and strategically plan and deliver your vision for the team. The role will include regular 121s, planning, appraisals, mentoring, training and recruitment. The role is pivotal to the business, providing an educational, exciting & challenging opportunity for the right candidate.

Managing such a large portfolio, you will display a level of commercial awareness, look out for new opportunities and ensure you are always leading the drive, revenue generation and success of your brands.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Day to day management of the sales team
  • Training and mentoring of team members, including recruitment
  • Reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue reporting
