A rapidly-growing software company based in stylish offices in Central London are looking for a confident, ambitious self-starter to join them as a Sales Executive.

Salary: £18,000 – £25,000 basic, £35,000 – £45,000 OTE

The Role

  • This will start as a telesales position whilst you build up your own database of clients
  • You will be contacting companies by telephone and email to profile, gather information and identify opportunities where the company can assist
  • Product knowledge and sales training will be undertaken on an intensive basis
  • Once you have built up your own database of clients, you will progress into a Business Development role, proactively selling the product to your clients and managing your accounts
  • There is also the opportunity to progress into a field-based sales role where you will be presenting to clients

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English.
  • Numerate and mathematically confident.
  • Able to use a PC with good usage of – MS Word, Spread sheets, Internet browser and is familiar with associated PC terminology.
  • At least 6 months experience of telephone based sales or promotions.
  • Hard working – as you can’t teach effort.
  • Experience of building strong customer relationships
  • Must have good listening skills and able to present persuasive arguments
  • Able to show experience in time & self-management
  • Minimum of 2 A levels grade C or above
