Overview

Our very successful and growing client based in Kingston are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a temporary and/or temp to perm basis.

Hourly rate: £8.50/hour

Duties

  • Taking inbound calls from customers regarding queries and complaints
  • Making outbound calls to customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Responding to customer cancellations
  • Providing a constant good level of customer service within a timely manner

Key Skills/Experience

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • To be able to work well within a team and individually
  • Experience of working within customer service
  • Must have your own transport due to the location of the client
