Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Telesales Agent to join an established and successful sales team. The telesales candidate will possess excellent communication & negotiation skills and be able to drive sales as well as deliver excellent customer service. Ideally, you will have sound Telesales experience and be able to demonstrate successfully achieving set targets.
Hourly rate: £10/hour + commission
Duties
- Order processing
- Maintain good customer service
- Lead generation
- Follow up on the after sales process
- Taking outbound calls to customers
- The Ideal Candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Telesales, Telemarketing
- Have worked towards targets previously
- Excellent customer service skills
