Overview
A recent start-up in the IT recruitment sector are looking for a dynamic, confident and money-motivated person to join as a Trainee Consultant.
Salary: £18,000 – £24,000 basic, £50,000 OTE
The Role
- Working from a database of clients to generate new business for the company
- Taking full briefs on positions, getting a clear understanding of clients’ requirements
- Sourcing suitable candidates for the positions
- Interviewing candidates and preparing them for their client interviews
- Liaising with the client to manage objections, plan interviews and handle offers etc.
- Build ongoing relationships with clients to build highly profitable accounts
- Liaise regularly with your key accounts to maximise revenue
- Work to revenue targets
The Ideal Candidate
- Highly ambitious and money-motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly driven to succeed within a target-oriented environment
- No in-depth knowledge of IT is required – you will receive full training
- Previous sales/recruitment experience would be an advantage but is not essential
Salary and Benefits
- Incredibly generous commission structure – you should make £50k in your first year and £100k in your second year once you have built up your client-base
