Salary: £20,000, rising to £21,500 after probation

Our client are looking for Customer Service Agents to help provide an outstanding service for their customers. As part of their professional team your role will be to help their customers find the right way forward.
As a Customer Account Agent your role is to talk to customers and help them by understanding their individual circumstances. From there you will help them agree the best course of action. You will also help customers by dealing with queries as well as carrying out regular reviews.
This will involve dealing with a combination of inbound calls from customers and calls presented via our outbound dialler.
