Salary: £32,000

A well-regarded company based in West London are looking for an experienced administrator to join on a permanent basis.

Main duties:

  • Answering external & internal calls and dealing with/directing as appropriate
  • General typing as instructed (letters/minutes/forms etc.) using Word & Excel
  • General PA duties to Directors
  • Arranging training courses / maintaining training records & matrices
  • Providing documentation and liaison with external H&S Advisor
  • Ordering stationery
  • Ordering PPE & uniform and maintaining records of items issued
  • Managing holiday/absence records
  • Placing orders for Projects team
  • Liaison with external IT company
  • Managing mobile phone account, including the set-up of new phones
  • Insurances: Managing on a day to day basis, liaison with broker and assisting the Director with renewals
  • Managing company vehicles
  • Conde Nast archive liaison, including quarterly invoicing
  • Provide support to Services Department
  • Any ad-hoc administration duties that may be required by the Directors

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • The initiative to manage their own workload
  • The ability to work as part of a team
