Salary: £12,000 – £14,000 basic +10% commission
Main Duties
- Calling applicants
- Arranging viewings
- Speaking to Landlords
- Admin associated with lettings ie references etc
- Negotiating offers with Landlords and Tenants
Ideal Candidate
- Hard working and self-motivated
- Experience in a target-oriented role
- A confident and friendly manner with good customer service skills
- Computer literate
- Good time keeping
This position would suit someone living local to the Kingston area.
