Our client is a leading established B2B media business in the Surrey area looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Manager to expand and manage their existing team of Customer Service Professionals.
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE
- Develop a quality initiative for all workflows.
- Introduction of KPI’s and SLA’s across each department.
- Manage Billing and invoicing queries.
- Ensure all customer queries and high level complaints are completed within KPI’s and SLA’s
- Drive best practice through the awareness of innovations within the industry.
- Recruit, develop and manage a team of experienced customer service professionals.
- Motivate and incentivise your team, holding regular meetings both with indiduals and groups.
