Overview

We are looking for someone with strong sales and admin experience to join a growing company in Woking as a Learning Advisor. The Learning Advisor role is a revenue targeted, sales fulfilment and administration role; reporting directly to the Training Sales Manager.

Salary: £25,000 + £8k bonus

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Accountable for the fulfilment of Academy sales activities from responding to an initial enquiry through to processing a course booking
• Be the first point of contact for all in-bound Academy training enquiries (web, email, phone, and internal enquiries) and to ‘guide’ the clients decision making
• Work with our specialist team to intelligently respond to all client enquiries with the most appropriate training solution
• Manage and convert an Academy training leads list
• Ensure our terms of business are applied and payment is received
• Work closely with the business development team to develop pre-sales tools and processes that will ensure clients book on the most appropriate training course
• Process and follow up enquiries for our Training Directory
• Be proactive in following up leads generated from Academy focused marketing campaigns
• Ensure all new enquiries and leads are logged on our CRM system
• Contribute to the on-going development and upkeep of data stored in our CRM system
• Responsible for reporting on Academy sales performance

Requirements

• The applicant must bring or demonstrate a go get attitude with a willingness to sell and promote our Academy training solutions
• The role will require a significant amount of communication between departments internally.
• The applicant must be a confident and collaborative team player who can work in partnership with internal consultants, the business development team and our client services team
• It is necessary for the applicant to have the ability to develop a deep understanding of our products and services, so that the breadth and depth of our service offering can be effectively communicated and understood by clients (extensive training will be given to the right person)
• The applicant must be a strong verbal and written communicator with confidence and ability to converse with people at all levels in an organisation
• The role will requires a significant amount of sales administration, therefore close attention to detail will be required in order to maintain the highest standards of sales administration utilising our CRM and Finance Systems

• Client focussed with an excellent and courteous telephone manor
• Well organised and proficient with IT systems
• Have a flexible and dynamic work ethic and be prepared to support other team members when required
• Have experience working in a telephone sales or customer service environment
• Some experience working in the aviation sector and or a training company would be desirable
