An excellent opportunity has arisen for a graduate or junior marketing professional to gain new skills and build on current experience by helping to run the organisations marketing, intranet and internal communications.

Salary: 18,000

Requirements

  • High levels of written English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Eye for detail and quality checking
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Skilled at multi-tasking with the ability to prioritise work appropriately
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ideally experience in a similar role, carrying out similar duties
  • Self Motivated, result driven individual

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and creating content that can be used across the intranet
  • Carrying out administrative tasks to keep the intranet working efficiently
  • Create new sites and pages within the internal communications systems
  • Maintain product demo sites to ensure latest features are represented and sites are presentable for use by sales
  • Assist the product team with testing of new intranet features
  • Assist with general activities including publishing website content, preparing and attending events and more
  • Produce and edit copy for use on the customer facing websites and social channels
