Overview
One of South West London’s most prominent events companies are looking for a dynamic junior salesperson to join their team as a Junior Events Sales Executive.
Salary: £18,000 + bonus
The Role
- Business Development and Account Management: Responsible for selling exhibition stand space to new and existing clients, predominantly through calls but also through attending competitor events.
- There will at times be the opportunity to meet with clients and sell face to face, both at competitor exhibitions and specifically arranged meetings.
- Lead Generation: Source leads through a range of mediums, including competitor shows, online, social media, magazines etc.
- You will be a key part of the team at key events, supporting clients on site with their needs to ensure they have a positive experience, whilst selling other events in the portfolio and re-booking for the following year
- Working to monthly sales targets
The Person
- Confident and enthusiastic team player, looking to enter into a sales career and driven to progress
- Display a real passion/interest in the events industry
- Either a recent graduate or school leaver with little or no experience
- Well-presented and articulate with excellent communication skills
