Overview
We are looking for a strong administrator to join a well-renowned company in Hampton as a Service Administrator on a fixed-term 12-month contract.
Salary: up to £25,000
Responsibilities
- Dealing with day to day problems involving queries from customers
- Booking in jobs for service engineers, ordering goods for jobs
- Issuing/processing renewals/quotations to customers
- Issuing purchase orders to suppliers
- Updating spreadsheets
- Keeping track of warranty claims
- Issuing work to engineers on electronic system
- General filing and adhoc admin duties
Skills/Experience Required
- Experienced administrator required
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Training can be given on Sage, experience would be an advantage
- Capable of working under pressure in a very busy service department
- Ability to multi-task and work on their own initiative to prioritise jobs
