Salary: £7.00 per Hour
Hours: Sat & Sun, 08:00 – 17:30
To answer all calls and advise residents on works to being carried out, and book appointments as necessary. Pass on calls throughout the business and answer enquires.
- Excellent communication skills, understanding, friendly, clear and polite.
- Customer Service/Call Centre experience
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work in a fast paced demanding environment
- Must posse’s excellent attention to detail, with the ability to pass on and take messages.
- Good organisation and administration skills
- You must be adaptable and able to carry out varying tasks as required
- Able to handle different caller’s and resolve problems quickly in a polite and friendly manor
- Good Team player
- Prepared to work and cover other hours when required
