Location: Epsom

Salary: £7.00 per Hour

Hours: Sat & Sun, 08:00 – 17:30

Purpose

To answer all calls and advise residents on works to being carried out, and book appointments as necessary. Pass on calls throughout the business and answer enquires.

 Responsibilities

  • Excellent communication skills, understanding, friendly, clear and polite.
  • Customer Service/Call Centre experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to work in a fast paced demanding environment
  • Must posse’s excellent attention to detail, with the ability to pass on and take messages.
  • Good organisation and administration skills
  • You must be adaptable and able to carry out varying tasks as required
  • Flexibility
  • Able to handle different caller’s and resolve problems quickly in a polite and friendly manor
  • Good Team player
  • Prepared to work and cover other hours when required
