We are looking for an accomplished Account Manager with strong B2B experience to join a growing business based in Kingston.

Salary: circa £28,000

The Role

  • Manage a range of existing accounts (there is no new business element to this role)
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve any issues
  • Take orders and input into internal system, ensuring that everything is tracked properly
  • Constantly check in to see that issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner

Key Skills/Experience

  • Multitasking
  • Presentation skills (demonstrating products in person, at exhibitions or over Zoom)
  • Communication skills (ensuring that projects get completed successfully and on time)
  • 3+ years’ experience in an account management position (ideally within a technical/events environment)
  • Strong sense of commercial awareness
  • Organisational skills
