Overview
We are looking for an accomplished Account Manager with strong B2B experience to join a growing business based in Kingston.
Salary: circa £28,000
The Role
- Manage a range of existing accounts (there is no new business element to this role)
- Act as the first point of contact for clients
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve any issues
- Take orders and input into internal system, ensuring that everything is tracked properly
- Constantly check in to see that issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
Key Skills/Experience
- Multitasking
- Presentation skills (demonstrating products in person, at exhibitions or over Zoom)
- Communication skills (ensuring that projects get completed successfully and on time)
- 3+ years’ experience in an account management position (ideally within a technical/events environment)
- Strong sense of commercial awareness
- Organisational skills
