Salary: £28,000 to £32,000

The Role

  • Building relationships and sales with a large customer base
  • Developing new business from qualified leads & incoming calls.
  • Engaging with clients, understanding the client’s needs
  • Giving online demonstrations of how the services work
  • Over the phone you will be able to engage clients in needs based conversations & give online demonstrations of how our Job
  • Upselling premium products

The Person

  • Friendly and outgoing
  • 1+ years’ experience in telesales or a similar role
  • Exceptional phone manner
  • Puts the client first
  • Takes ownership and is accountable to targets
  • A good knowledge of IT systems
  • Can demonstrate success in an outbound telesales environment
  • Passionate
