Salary: £9.00 per hour

Hours: 9:00am – 5:30m Monday to Friday

Location: South West London

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well established company. You will need to have a can-do attitude and be proficient in Microsoft Office packages mainly Outlook, Excel and Word. You will need to be literate, accurate and independent minded with the ability to work within a team. The role is mainly to ensure the smooth day to day running of the office.

An interest in the Beauty industry would be an advantage.

You will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Assisting and supporting the team
  • Answering all phone calls
  • Diary management
  • Data Entry
  • Social media
  • Greeting visitor and offering refreshments as required
  • Booking appointments
  • Receiving and distributing post
  • Ordering supplies
  • Organising and helping at company events

This is a temporary contract with an Immediate start.
