Main Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Customer Care Manager
- Typing letters
- Typing Emails
- Tracking emails
- Investigation invoices
- Writing to sub-contractors
- Basic spreadsheets
- Customer Service
- Happy to work on own and use initiative
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Strong administration skills
- Good typing skills
- Good computer skills
- Basic Excel
- Good telephone manner and customer service skills
