We are looking for a new member of a busy and fast paced team, our client needs someone to help the team at a time when their client base is expanding.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Customer Care Manager
  • Typing letters
  • Typing Emails
  • Tracking emails
  • Investigation invoices
  • Writing to sub-contractors
  • Basic spreadsheets
  • Customer Service
  • Happy to work on own and use initiative

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Good typing skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Basic Excel
  • Good telephone manner and customer service skills
