Our client provides accredited and non-accredited training to underprivileged adults in the community. Their Programmes and courses are designed to lead and support recognised qualifications with a leading training provider based in Sw London that delivers Foundation training to the hard to reach and has referrals from DWP, Local Authorities and other local organisations. Many of their learners have confidence issues and need to be supported and nurtured to become independent learners. Delivery takes place in class, online and in the community.

 Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 

The Role

Overall Purpose of the Job Working in one of four functional areas Exams, Planning, Customer Services or Learner Data to provide outstanding, flexible and proactive administrative expertise, which enables timely and efficient service delivery. To support customers and students in accessing information and advice regarding all functions within the Management Information Services (MIS) Department.

You will be an expert point of contact for examination and certification queries and processing and work as part of the Admin team to deliver high quality, timely services.

You will have a good working knowledge of the organisation and work closely with curriculum colleagues to ensure functions are carried out to the highest standards whilst actively supporting customers to get the best outcomes from Examinations and MIS functions

  • To provide excellent administrative support and assistance to learners in ensuring examination bookings and appointments are effectively managed.
  • Assisting in the administrative control and collation of audit trail of outcomes associated with the delivery of funded projects

The post holder will provide key knowledge and skills to the team in setting up and maintaining systems and procedures for managing and monitoring project paperwork, updating project control databases (PICS) and any other data entry system(LMS), pulling off reports and assist with the preparation of project audits.

The post holder will also work closely with a central team to ensure compliance with finances, Health & Safety, project systems and procedures in line with company policies. There is no doubt, this role is pivotal to the successful control of the projects.
