Salary: £25,000 – £28,000
Duties
- Managing a team of administrators to ensure that applications are processed in a timely and efficient manner
- Putting systems and structures in place to improve efficiency
- Meeting weekly KPIs
- Planning the weekly and monthly operations of the team
Skills/Requirements
- Previous experience within the education sector is a must
- A genuine passion for education
- Strong quantitative and technical abilities
- Previous experience of managing people would be a major advantage
