Our client is a well established supplier of footwear to the high street. They have a new opportunity for a Assistant Account Coordinator to join their team.
- Critical path management
- Support the account manager for the product area
- Chasing confirmation and production samples
- Raising and checking contracts
- Keeping the customer updated
- Attending conferences / customer meetings
- Monitoring of shipment schedules
- Help cover the teams work load when requested
- You need to be highly organised with good attention to detail and strong communications skills.
- Be able to work under pressure in this busy environment
- You must be computer literate and have the ability to handle queries from all international offices and customers on a daily basis.
- Driving licence essential due to remote location
