Overview
Salary: £18,000 – £20,000 basic, £26,000 OTE
A dynamic and fast-growing training company are currently recruiting for confident, ambitious people to join as Business Development Advisors.
Main Duties:
- To identify new clients to be targeted and approached
- To achieve agreed sales performance targets as laid down by the organisation
- To identify business opportunities, sales leads and follow through within timescales agreed with the client
- To carry out sales presentations to clients
- To carry out learner presentations to potential learners
- To complete all initial sign-up documentation required, and submit to BD Manager by the agreed cut-off date each month
- To ensure conformity with all funding body contract(s) criteria
- To comply with company policies and procedures
- To update social media as requested
Requirements:
- A good standard of general education e.g. 5 GCSE (or equivalent) including English & Maths
- DBS Checked on appointment
- Use of car
