Overview

The Role

  • Contacting potential and existing clients by phone and email and creating positive relationships with them, with the aim of being referred to the end client which need assistance.
  • Making outbound calls / emails in a pro-active manner to gain new referrals and also deal directly with the end client.
  • Follow up on referrals and handle new enquiries by telephone and email or through the web.
  • Arrange introductory calls to the consultants
  • Follow up on these calls to secure the client. This will include sending out of quotations and potential negotiations on price
  • Offer the client the highest levels of service
  • Handle all general client enquiries
  • Ability to get ‘stuck in’ with all tasks and have a SME mentality.

The Person

  • Degree ( Eqv ) Educated
  • Sales and/or Account Management experience
  • B2B Experienced needed
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to liase with people at levels
  • Can demonstrate a good level of empathy and care
  • Well organised, methodical, realistic and reliable
  • Team player and a SME Mentality to flex requirements for the need of the business
  • Work under pressure
  • Driven to achieve targets
