Due to expansion we have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join small yet hugely successful organisation and be a part of its growth! Salary: £25,000 to £30,000
The Role
- Promote company services to potential new clients
- Conducting extensive research to identify potential business
- Meeting clients to understand requirements and promote solutions
- Cold calling, chasing up warm leads and revisiting lapsed clients
The Person
- Confident over the phone and face to face
- Have a natural sales ability via cold calling, up selling and building long standing relationships
- 2/3+ years working in a sales role
- Understand the full sales cycle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to manage own workloads, organised and excellent attention to detail
- Able to work and maintain a professional attitude at all times
