Our client are experts in their field and an excellent opportunity has arisen for a number of Call Centre Advisor’s to join their team!
- You will be the point of contact with customers ensuring that they are directed to the appropriate service.
- You will be providing basic information to incoming callers and transferring them to the right department.
- You will be supporting callers and taking their details to pass to the correct person.
- You will need to liaise with the caller and third party assistance in some situations.
The ideal candidate will
- Have an excellent telephone manner, plus strong communication and customer service skills.
- Be meticulous, maintaining accurate records of service user enquiries
- Be an excellent team player and be able to prioritise workloads.
