Overview
Location: Epsom
Salary: £7.00 an hour
Purpose:
To answer all calls and advise residents on works to being carried out, and book appointments as necessary. Pass on calls throughout the business and answer enquires
Nature and Scope:
Our client is a property maintenance, installation, organisation, which specialises in servicing of gas central heating and hot water services to private, commercial landlords and industrial property owners of all kind.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain client information by answering telephone calls and verifying information.
- Resolve customer problems
- Take notes of conversations and record on the internal company IT System
- Escalate or pass through calls to the appropriate personnel
- Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the Call Centre Team Leader or Call Centre Manager
