Overview
Salary: £7 per hour, 5 days a week over Monday – Sunday
Location: Epsom
The Role:
To answer all calls and advise residents on works to being carried out, and book appointments as necessary. Pass on calls throughout the business and answer enquires
Accountabilities:
- Obtain client information by answering telephone calls and verifying information.
- Resolve customer problems
- Take notes of conversations and record on the internal company IT System
- Escalate or pass through calls to the appropriate personnel
- Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the Call Centre Team Leader or Call Centre Manager
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deal with aggressive callers
- Able to work alone and within a team
- Able to resolve problems quickly and smoothly
- Keeping up to date technically and applying new knowledge to your role
