A small, friendly family business based in Surbiton are looking for someone with outstanding organisational and administrative skills to join as a Client Account Administrator.

Salary: £22,000

The Role

  • Liaising with the client via telephone and e-mail
  • Data entry
  • Preparation of report templates on Word and Excel
  • Proof-reading documents for clients
  • Sending over the finished reports to the client
  • You may also be asked to assist the client with the presentation of the finished reports

Required Skills/Experience

  • Able to work individually or as part of a team
  • Good time management
  • High level of computer literacy
  • A working knowledge of ¬†Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • An understanding of statistics
  • Have excellent spoken and written English skills
