A small, friendly family business based in Surbiton are looking for someone with outstanding organisational and administrative skills to join as a Client Account Administrator.
- Liaising with the client via telephone and e-mail
- Data entry
- Preparation of report templates on Word and Excel
- Proof-reading documents for clients
- Sending over the finished reports to the client
- You may also be asked to assist the client with the presentation of the finished reports
- Able to work individually or as part of a team
- Good time management
- High level of computer literacy
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- An understanding of statistics
- Have excellent spoken and written English skills
