An established company based in Fulham are looking for someone with strong customer service experience to join as a Client & Customer Support Officer.

Salary: £28,000 + commission

Main Duties

  • Provide exemplary customer service to customers to ensure they renew their annual subscription with the CPD Standards Office annually
  • Work closely with customers on a daily basis understanding and supporting their requirements
  • Achieve 90% renewal rate across existing customer membership base
  • Complete projects focused on customer experience, competitors and research into new and existing markets
  • Build effective working relationships with all departments within the company and suppliers
  • Ensure that all customer issues are logged and investigated in a timely manner
  • Produce renewal documents and associated paperwork
  • Completion of regular administration duties within the CPDSO renewals and membership department
  • Work closely with colleagues to attend client meetings to ensure total client satisfaction and consistent membership renewals

Essential Requirements

  • Extensive experience in customer service, resolving queries
  • Ability to work on own initiative and pay close attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Good IT skills
