Overview
A rapidly-growing fin-tech company based in Oxford Street are looking for someone with good organisational and communication skills to join as a Client Relationship Administrator.
Salary: circa £22,500
The Role
- Assisting with the preparation and execution of transactional documentation to support the company’s business with its clients including facility documents, fee agreements and associated requirements
- Updating and maintaining client and vendor databases
- Undertaking mandatory due diligence procedures to validate new business opportunities, clients and vendors
- Analysing client business data, including performance turnover and revenue to provide commentary and make recommendations to managers of specified, geographically organised key client groups
- Preparation and production of agendas, discussion notes and minutes for business development and client relationship focused committees
- Ad-hoc analytical and administrative duties relevant to the business development and client relationship team organisation, business origination and client oversight
- Supporting business development managers in developing overseas travel plans and liaising with clients in support of meetings and visits
- Representing the Company at industry events in the UK and, in due course, overseas
Key Skills/Experience
- Educated to graduate level, a degree in a business related area would be advantageous
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must
- A knowledge and keen interest in Financial Technology would be beneficial
- Strong MS skills necessary
- A second language would be beneficial
