Love creating engaging content for brands? We are looking for someone with excellent written skills and a creative mindset to join a vibrant creative agency in Guildford as a Content Writer.
Salary: up to £35,000
The Role
- Create engaging and relevant content for the agency’s key clients
- Work on blogs, whitepapers, thought leadership pieces, interviews and website copy
- Pitch ideas to clients which align with their business objectives
- Understand a client’s long-term objectives and how content can help them achieve these goals
- Work with the broader digital marketing team (SEO, web developers, social media etc.) to develop ideas
Key Skills/Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a content role
- Degree in Journalism, English, Creative Writing, or similar
- Strong written and verbal skills; must be great with punctuation, spelling and grammar
- Quick, accurate and versatile writer
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent people skills
- Enthusiastic, dedicated and genuinely keen to pursue a writing career
- Proven writing experience is necessary for this role (online or offline)
- Bright, happy and with a can do-attitude is a prerequisite
- Confident and presentable to a wide range of clients
- B2B copy experience
- Familiarity with copywriting for SEO
