Salary: £17,000
Location: Hammersmith
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm

Job Requirements
• Answer incoming calls to the office
• To collect quotes from company suppliers
• Process PO numbers each day on Sage
• To process timesheets on a weekly basis, ensuring they are entered correctly
• Collecting paperwork from various sites on a weekly basis
• Manage petty cash
• Adhere to tasks set and ensure targets are being met
• Make appointments and create outgoing calls
