A large global organisation are looking for a technically-minded person with strong data and Excel skills to join their Epsom office as a CRM Executive.

Salary: £24,000 – £28,000

The Role

  • You will work with the Marketing teams and business stakeholders to identify and acquire prospect data that meets business needs, using both internal and third party sources
  • This will also include the management and supervision of junior data research staff
  • As part of the Digital Team you will get directly involved in data capture strategies via digital channels and ensure accurate data is available to CRM users in a timely fashion
  • You will provide first line support for all CRM related issues and enquiries from business users, which will involve you liaising with third-party technical support as required
  • You will be expected to investigate issues, identify solutions, implement/recommend actions as needed and provide training to all CRM users
  • Working with the Head of Digital, you will assist in the execution of our CRM strategy and enhancement programme to meet key business goals, including – working with stakeholders to define requirements, managing third-party suppliers, prioritisation, testing and delivery
  • You will work closely with Marketing and Sales teams on data performance, maintain and report on data quality and support the Head of Digital with initiatives on data compliance with the latest regulations

Key Skills/Experience

  • A minimum of 6 months in a dedicated CRM role
  • Experience of supporting and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience of working on data research and development
  • Understanding of data legislation and regulations
  • First class communication skills and a methodical problem solver
  • Advanced Excel skills are a must
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience of ‘internal customer service’
  • Excellent time management skills and deadline driven
  • Extremely well organised, able to plan, and execute several diverse projects at once
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in supervising a junior member of staff is advantageous but not essential
