A well-regarded IT outsourcing company are looking for a Customer Service Administrator with strong organisational and communication skills to join the team.

Salary: £23,000

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service with first line support for the company’s mobile and fixed line customers via email and telephone
  • Administer the set up new customers
  • Administer additional connections and upgrades with networks
  • Ordering services and hardware from suppliers and customer sales orders
  • Supporting the sales team and existing connection administrators with information and reports
  • Recording and liaising with customers with loan devices and collections
  • Filing
